Those coming from Ankara can use the D-100 Highway or the TEM Motorway and exit at the Kaynaşlı or Abant junction. Topuk Plateau and Lake, located in the Bıçkıyanı village area of ??Kaynaşlı district in Düzce province, is 10 kilometers from the D-100 Highway. You can reach Topuk Plateau by starting from the Darıyeri-Bakacak area of ??Kaynaşlı and continuing on the road leading to Dipsizgöl village. Direction signs are available along the way.

Topuk Plateau and Pond, located in Bıçkıyanı Village, Kaynaşlı District, Düzce Province, is 38 kilometers from Düzce. Situated at an altitude of 1,280 meters, the plateau offers access to Abant Lake, Odayeri Plateau, Sinekli Plateau, and Samandere Waterfall. At Topuk Plateau, you can enjoy the scent of the forest, the view of Scots pine, fir, beech, and hornbeam trees meeting the pond, and listen to a concert of nature from many different bird species.
