Pan-Fried Haddock

Pan-Fried Haddock

Ingredients for Pan-Fried Haddock:

1 kg haddock
1 cup sunflower oil
250 g corn flour
1 tablespoon wheat flour
Salt (to taste)
How to Make Pan-Fried Haddock:

First, wash the haddock using your fingers, drain, and salt them. Mix the corn flour and wheat flour in a large pan. Add the drained haddock and coat them thoroughly with flour. Then, heat a non-stick pan for 10-15 seconds. After removing the fish from the flour, shake off the excess and arrange them in a pinwheel shape with their tails facing inwards. Drizzle oil around the edges of the pan and fry for three minutes. Turn the fish over and fry the other side for another 2 minutes before serving.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes, 3 servings

Note: It is generally preferable to fry haddock in a pan. It should be thoroughly fried to prevent it from falling apart.
