How to get there: Mehmet Akif Neighborhood, Fevzi Çakmak Street, Cumayeri/Düzce
Located in the Cumayeri district, the Cumayeri New Mosque was built in 1942. Its regional wooden interior architectural features are quite remarkable. Originally rectangular in plan, the mosque was later rebuilt with a square plan. Due to its wooden interior architectural features, the Cumayeri New Mosque has been registered by the Ankara Cultural Heritage Protection Board.
