The mosque, located in Çilimli District, Tepeköy Village, has a rectangular plan, wooden framed brickwork and a hipped roof. It is stated in the mosque inscription that it was built in 1954. The mosque has a zinc-coated minaret. Wooden workmanship can be seen in the ceiling and balcony section of the mosque, as well as the wooden pulpit and mihrab. It was registered by the Ankara Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board.
