How to get there: Hafız Hasan Efendi Cad. No:2 Merkez / Düzce
Located in the city center, the Grand (New) Mosque was built in 1912 with a rectangular plan. Its outer walls, 1.10 meters thick, are made of rubble stone with cut stone corners. On the lower floors, five windows, 1.40 meters wide and 3.42 meters high, are located on the east-west facades and are surrounded by cut stone frames with rounded arches. There are secondary doors with rounded arches and stone frames on both the east and west sides, providing access to the mosque. The main entrance is on the north facade. A rosette is carved into each of the upper corners of the door. The date 1328 Hijri (1910 AD) is inscribed on the arch above the door. The mosque's roof is wooden and pyramid-shaped, covered with Spanish tiles. A single-balcony minaret is located at the northwest corner of the mosque.
