The Sinekli Plateau Festival, held annually in July and now a traditional event, attracts a large number of participants. Sinekli, Kütüklü, and Sakarca Plateaus are located north of Abant Lake National Park, between the Bolu and Düzce borders, around Kızılkaya Hill, and are 1-3 kilometers apart.
